It has been decided that since we are still within our bandwidth, we will continue not billing sellers for any final value fee.  A thirty day notice will be sent to all sellers, if there is to be a change to this policy.

I would please request that you don't upload any large pictures, as this is what uses up bandwidth.  If you have any problems "morphing" your pictures, please write and I will 
be more than happy to do it for you.
